We Upped the Game, So Up Yours!


We make Artisan Burgers, Sausage, and Meatballs, etc. We produce in small, handmade batches that are made to order. Our products are clean label, and made from only whole muscle. That means no scraps or trim,  fillers or preservatives!

    Meatballs Formed or Bulk - From bulk use an Ice cream scoop or form by hand. Bake on a sheet pan at 350℉ until inside temperature reaches 160℉ (cook for approximately 20 minutes). Serving suggestions;  With Pasta, As a Burger or Slider, As an Appetizer with a Sauce, Pizza Topping, In a Sandwich, As a Meat Loaf, Crumbled in a Bolognese, On a Kabob or on a Salad


    Chorizos - We prefer to sauté to 165℉. Serving suggestions; In a Taco, On Top of Nachos, On a Salad, Mexican Pizza, In a Cheese Dip, With Black Beans, In a Salsa, With Eggs, In a Burrito, Eggs Benedict, With Biscuits and Gravy…

    Sausage Link or Bulk- Due to the subtle flavors and spices we prefer to bake on a sheet pan at 350℉ until inside temperature reaches 160℉ (cook for approximately 20 minutes), of course you can grill or smoke. Serving Suggestions; With Pasta, On a Charcuterie Board, As a Burger or Slider, As an Appetizer with a Sauce, Pizza Topping, In a Sandwich, Crumbled in a Bolognese,A Kabob, With eggs, In a Burrito, Eggs Benedict, With Biscuits and Gravy…..
